Rising Through Chaos

There is SO much rising to the surface now and it is bringing us to a place of feeling very undone.

Insecurities. Fears. Wounds. Emotions. Beliefs. Patterns. Worthiness.

Things are coming to the surface to give us a chance to take a good look at our shadows, feelings, emotions and thoughts towards them.

All that is rising is very powerful for our personal paths and evolution, but it can be very draining, painful and hard. These are wild seas of realization and they bring with them such deep lessons and healing, which can really do a number on us on so many levels.

Take the time and space you need to be rooted within. Stay connected to your body, your heart and your spirit. Honor what it is you need here in these shifting sands in order to do the work you need. Honor what you need to say and honor taking the path that you are called to in handling what is rising.

We are being called to look and handle things in a different way than previously. If you want a different result, you have to change how you deal with things.

Move from your heart in all things. Listen to what it is guiding you to say. This is not the time to hide in an old place of being small. Have courage and speak your truth.

We are here to shift the tides and create a new reality, and this does not come without a little ruffling of our own feathers.

This is your path and your evolution, so stay present, non-judgmental and kind with what you need and what you need to do as things unfold.
