Change is in the Air

I love this time of year, and not just because I'm an Aries. I love it because it breathes the air of beginnings.

April brings Spring here in this part of the world, and the deep exhale of rebirth that comes with it is so very welcome after a long Winter.

The Aries energy adds to it with a spark of fiery rebirth like a Phoenix flame rising from the ashes and the always powerful first New Moon of the zodiac cycle brings the reminder that things begin again, no matter what the past has been.

All around us we see that frozen conditions do not stay forever and even the coldest months can transform into something beautiful as what was once frigid melts and begins to flow.

This is a time of eternal hope.

This is a time of renewal in how we look at things, new perspectives being offered to our eyes on old situations, ideas and beliefs. We see things in a different light. All of a sudden, they just click. Things can start to just make sense.

Aries is self focused and puts a huge inquiry to us:

What do YOU want? What do YOU need? What are YOUR dreams, desires and goals?

With all of the shifts ongoing we step in each moment into a more authentic version of ourselves. This is not a place of playing small or hiding and nowhere is that felt more than being truthful with what we really, truly need.

This can be a place of making huge, deliberate changes in a big way.

This can be a place of making the decision to move past the fear.

This can be a place of choosing which bits fit and which don't.

This can be a place of quietly releasing and letting go of what doesn't work.

This can be a place of embracing true freedom.

However this time looks for you, do it from a place that is rooted in your deepest truth and desires.
