I've been spending a lot of time lately working with the amazing stone known as blue kyanite.
Kyanite is a very powerful and high vibration stone which never needs to be cleaned (in the moonlight, smudged) as it does not hold onto negativity. It is excellent to work with during meditations, for attunement and is a very powerful transmitter.
Kyanite is a stone of deep truth. It works with the inner authentic being that we truly are and brings it to the surface.

It can also be very useful for aiding in easing fear surrounding public speaking.
It increases the ability for us to be able to communicate in a clear, deliberate and concise manner as well as helping us to remove blockages ans stuck energy. This powerful stone aids in ascension and is a helpful ally in soothing connections in relationships and aiding in clear communication.
Though powerful, it is a very calming, tranquil stone that seems to ease stress, making it perfect for a myriad of situations. This stone is also hailed as a very good tool when we are working with manifesting thoughts into being, working with the energy of bringing into being the unseen.
It is also a very potent dream stone and can aid in bringing about healing during dreamwork, makes dreams easier to recall and make them more vivid. It also works in creating a bridge between us and our guides, which can come through very easily during dream state.
It is very easy to work with for dreamwork, simply it under your pillow before going to sleep. You can create a kyanite grid under your bed or have some near on a bedside altar as well.
In my experience in dream state, this crystal worked very well for inducing dreams. It produced very clear workings with my spirit animal and other guides while it was under my pillow and came through with some deep messages and some things that I needed to look deeper into.
I love this stone for the calm energy that it emits and just having it on my desk makes me feel calmer and more clear. Gently and powerfully it is a sweeper of unneeded and unwanted energy leaving clear, cleansed and open possibility behind.
