I'm terrible at asking questions even when I'm dying to know the answer.

Sometimes we want to know the answer so badly and in the end we trip over the syllables for so long wanting them to be perfect.

The words get lost on our lips as we try to swallow them down but in the end our heart's will never be satisfied until they have the answers they seek.

Sometimes the hardest questions we ask lead to the biggest breakthroughs in our lives.

I know this.

Shifts in perspectives occur, we are able to look at situations different, we become in alignment with deeper more real truths.

Everything breaks wide open. Once we can get the words out.

I'm a lover of knowledge, of wisdom and of the truth even if it hurts. At least then I can deal with it, in my mind.

Sometimes they may not be the ones that we want to hear, but the truth needs to be spoken, pretty or not.

This is a time of re-dedication to our truth. We have come way to far on the path to swallow ourselves whole now.

The thing about the truth is it feels good in your lips; the way you say it, the way it sounds, the way you feel at the core of your being when it all comes rushing out.

Once you start, you feel free. You can breathe.

But you can't stop there. Once you start speaking your truth you can't stop; it demands to be screamed in every aspect of your life and will not remain hidden.

Once you have been awakened you can never go back to sleep.

In the end life is too short to live covered in the things we wish we would have said.
